Join body positivity author, Rachel Lavin, and TCMU's Healthy Hustle yoga instructor, Andrea Walker, for this special morning of breathing techniques, yoga poses, and a Q&A session for soon to be and brand-new moms. Rachel and Andrea will use this time to create a safe space for Upstate moms to talk about sleeping, experiencing pain, showering, and getting back to feeling like themselves postpartum. 

Children under the age of 5 are welcome to join the workshop, but children are not required for workshop entry. Museum admission is included in the cost of this workshop, but adults must accompany a child to take advantage of exploring the museum once the workshop concludes.
