Rental FAQs
What time can I rent a room at TCMU?
- Weekday room rentals are available during normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday.
- All guests must exit the room by 4:00pm.
What am I responsible for as the event host?
- Removal of all event items from the event space after the event.
- Removal of all leftover food from the event space after the event.
Does TCMU provide audio visual equipment or furniture?
- Our rooms are equipped with a SMART tv, which can be used to cast from your device.
- Room configuration fees will apply if the event host chooses to edit the current layout of the space.
